I decided it was time to step in front of the camera with my own family while my parents were still mobile, knowing that one day, capturing memories together might not be as easy. Seeing those images, I felt what I always tell my clients: photos aren’t just for now. They’re for the years ahead, for the people we love, and for the stories we want to preserve.

Motherhood is a beautiful, messy, all-consuming kind of love—one that changes you in ways you never expect. It’s in the little moments: the way tiny hands reach for yours, the sleepy cuddles, the belly laughs that fill a room. But it’s also in the exhaustion, the self-doubt, the feeling of being stretched thin and wondering if you’re doing enough. I get it, because I’m right there too. And maybe that’s why photography means so much to me.
